David Kim began his real estate industry career in online marketing with HomeGain in 2008, where he consulted brokers and agents on their lead generation campaigns. It was at HomeGain that he cultivated a deep knowledge of targeted search engine marketing, user experience optimization, lead conversion modules and client relationship management strategies. 

David transitioned from HomeGain to BoomTownROI and during the last six and a half years has brought more than 500 top agents and teams throughout the country to BoomTownROI and continues to consult them on the industry's best strategies. Outside of work, one of David’s passions is coaching youth basketball and hitting the southern golf courses on the weekends!
